  • The team members allocated to support specific patients will be chosen to match skills with needs and minimize travelling distances to support good time attendance.
  • Staffing levels may be changed at the discretion of the Manager dependent on the needs.
  • We manage and train our employees with the aim that all our cares achieve Personal Care Assistants Certification. All other employees receive the training appropriate to their work.
  • All employees will receive annual training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, adult protection issues and a range of other health and environmental matters.
  • We have a dedicated recruitment consultant in each sector we serve, specializing in the divisions of temporary and permanent staff, both regional and nationally.
